REAL ESTATE AGENT

=> Day to day management of clients and listings

We are searching for Real Estate Agents who will be responsible for finding and selling listings. Growing our client base by generating leads, educating clients on the local market conditions. To be successful in this role, you will need to have good experience in sales, be a person people, organized and motivated. Great communication skills, integrity, active Listening Skills, problem-solving skills are alse key to your future success.


 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must speak Spanish and English. Other languages are a plus.

  • Experience with sales.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of the local real estate market and laws.

  • Possess a driver's license.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, etc.

  • Add listings for sale.

  • Do viewings with potential buyers.

  • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.

  • Prepare & review contracts for each real estate transaction.
